Getting Started

Initial setup takes under 3 minutes. You’ll enter your website URL, select your industry, answer 2-3 quick questions, and receive a trial phone number immediately. You can make your first test call right away.Full configuration (calendar integration, team setup, custom FAQs) takes an additional 5-10 minutes and can be completed anytime during or after your trial.
No. You can start your 7-day free trial without entering any payment information. However, you’ll need to add a payment method by Day 3 to keep your trial phone number active after Day 7.
You’ll receive automated email and SMS reminders on Day 1 and Day 3. If payment isn’t added by Day 7, your trial phone number will be deactivated and you’ll lose access. You can always sign up again with a new trial.
Yes. You can either:
  1. Forward calls from your existing number to your DialIQ number
  2. Port your number to DialIQ (takes 3-5 business days)
Most businesses start with call forwarding and port their number later once they’re confident in the system.
During onboarding, you enter your business website URL. DialIQ’s AI automatically extracts:
  • Business name and address
  • Phone number and hours
  • Service menu and offerings
  • About/description text
All scraped data is presented in an Editable Card for your review. You can verify, edit, or add missing information before approving. Nothing goes live without your confirmation.
You can still use DialIQ — you’ll just need to enter your business information manually during setup instead of using automated scraping. The onboarding form guides you through all required fields.

Pricing & Billing

Every plan includes a base monthly subscription with a set number of calls:
  • Essential: 50 calls for $49/mo
  • Growth: 100 calls for $99/mo
  • Professional: 600 calls for $499/mo
If you exceed your limit, additional calls are billed at $1.50 per call at month-end. Your AI never stops answering — you just pay for extra usage.
Any inbound call answered by your DialIQ AI receptionist counts toward your monthly limit. This includes:
  • Completed conversations
  • Appointment bookings
  • Information inquiries
  • Escalated/transferred calls
Does NOT count:
  • Abandoned calls (hung up before AI answers)
  • Test calls during setup
  • Internal test calls from your team
No. SMS messages are included free in Growth plan and above. Essential plan is voice-only (SMS not included).
Yes:
  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated charges
  • Downgrades: Take effect at your next renewal date (ensures you keep features you paid for)
You can change plans anytime from Settings → Subscription.
Nothing changes in your service — your AI continues answering every call. Overage calls are simply billed at $1.50 each at month-end via your payment method on file (Stripe).
No. Each month starts fresh with your plan’s included call allocation. This keeps pricing predictable and encourages right-sizing your plan based on actual usage.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing and accept:
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • ACH bank transfers (for Enterprise plans)
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. You only pay your monthly subscription rate.
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Your service continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Technical & Support

DialIQ’s AI is trained on millions of conversations and handles most scenarios correctly. If the AI is unsure or the caller becomes frustrated:
  1. AI will ask clarifying questions
  2. Offer to transfer to your team
  3. Take a detailed message with callback information
You can review all call transcripts in the Inbox to identify patterns and add custom FAQs or training to improve accuracy.
Yes. All calls are recorded and transcribed automatically. You can:
  • Listen to call recordings
  • Read full transcripts
  • Search conversations by keyword
  • Track sentiment and customer satisfaction
